We are thrilled to announce that the clinic will be resuming its activities starting June 1st.
Big changes had to be implemented in order to receive you safely in this pandemic period, as required by the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the Order of Dentists.
All patients who had scheduled appointments in the past few weeks will be contacted to schedule a new appointment, in order of priority, as established by your orthodontists.

Covid-19 Screening Questionnaire
This questionnaire must be completed by the patient (and any accompanying adult if applicable) before attending his appointment. This triage is mandatory in order to be received at the clinic. Please make sure that all your answers were saved and send it to us at info@rosemontortho.com.
